Desde hace unos meses hemos estado hablando de la necesidad de contar
con un espacio común para noticias y discusión más allá de las redes
sociales comunes. Esta conversación ha llevado a la creación de Fugas,
una lista de correo que comienza hoy para conectar y revitalizar la
red de artistas, creadores e investigadores que trabajan en el campo
de arte, ciencia, tecnología y sociedad. Fugas tiene la intención de
apoyar muy especialmente las conexiones entre territorios de habla
hispana y portuguesa. Fugas pretende ser un canal de información,
colaboración e intercambio entre creadores, comunidades, plataformas y
otras iniciativas creativas que operan en estos lugares.
Definida como una red para la difusión y el intercambio de noticias e
información relacionadas con la creatividad multidisciplinar y
transversal, nos gustaría invitarte a unirte a la lista. Te animamos a
que envíes tus noticias, información de tus proyectos e investigación
en este ámbito y que además realices sugerencias de reflexión y
discusión a la comunidad.
Los lenguajes comunes de la lista son español y portugués. Si el
conocimiento de estas lenguas es limitado y queréis compartir algo con
la comunidad podéis como alternativa utilizar el inglés. Fugas es una
lista no moderada, esto significa que los administradores no tienen
que aprobar tu mensaje y que éste irá directamente a la bandeja de
entrada de las personas suscritas.

Over the last few months we have been talking about the need for
having a common space for news and discussion besides the current
common social networks. This conversation led to Fugas, a mailing list
that begins today to connect and revitalizing the network of artists,
creators and investigators who work within the field of art, science,
technology and society. Fugas is meant to support especially the
connections in Spanish and Portuguese speaking territories.
Fugas intends to be a channel of information, collaboration and
interchange between creators, communities, platforms and other
creative initiatives that operate in these shared territories. Framed
as a network for dissemination and sharing of news and information
relating to multidisciplinary and transversal creativity we would like
to invite you to join us in the list. We encourage you to send your
news, share your projects and research in these fields and make
suggestions for reflection and discussion.
The common languages of the list are Spanish and Portuguese. If you
wish to share something with the community and your knowledge of these
languages is limited you could also send it in English. Fugas is a
unmoderated list, that means that the administrators don't not have to
approve it and your message will go straight to the subscribers'
inbox.
